When I was younger, I thought I must focus on pushing myself to find and fit into societal roles – but, I had to create my own because preestablished ones were too confining.
As I have matured, I am finding it more important to carry forward the skills I acquired – and to evolve them in such ways that show more clearly my personal diversity.
