Desiring a personal holiday
Despite barriers prohibiting
I try to see what is most important
To promote the heart of a moment
Extending this to others in hope that
They’ll benefit, thrive, and propagate
I believe we’re here to aid each other
In lessons learned while overcoming
And that love is a gift we can extend Ensuring joy’s growth becomes vital
Is not only hoping for miracles
But is out here taking damage
While trying to create dreams
And crying as they fall ravaged
And then jumps right back into it!

Sometimes earth must fall to
Rise up again as a mountain
Those who are “righteous” are often wrong.
Lead to God.
I like to watch how my garden grows, rather than growing to just consume it.
Finding answers and putting things to right.
Can alleviate suffering and nourish growth.
Or generous?
Movie heroes can often set an example for us to aspire to while we cling to ideals.
But in the end, they are actors, and we must save our own days.
I do my best to make the best of circumstantial limitations.
I must attend to my baseline needs as seems most important according to my own values so that advancement makes sense to me.

Age is a series of smackdowns wearying upon one’s soul, attempting to take its toll, despite the spirit’s exuberance.

Meditation is not the way for me, but manifestation is an opening.
I guess it is enough to just keep showing up and complete each task required, however possible.
I prefer interdependency to codependency.
Two more young mice steaming up the trap – one with delicate, round-tipped ears perked and quivering.
I gently tossed them out into the field beyond – which was very cold and sopping wet.
Was this more humane than killing them outright?
Once warm amd dry, now raw-exposed to the elements?
It felt good to live-capture the four young mice and set them free – rather than kill them with cruelty.

Repetition is key to overcoming obstacles while climbing.
Be assured that there will be slides and lost ground in attempting to make progress
But only by persevering will these all eventually be overcome.
Throw the baggage overboard when your boat takes on water, and only count the costs when you reach dry land again.
