Where Demons Tread

Dear Friend,

You’re Prime
You must know this by now
It’s in your walk
Your carriage
Catching up with yourself
Any negatives are
Now merely incidentals
Yet you are more vulnerable
Because you are more real
Outer shell
I could be the inner
Wrapping around your heart
Protector
My weakness
Is prior assumptions
Chagrined by fame
Thinking you’d discard
What’s offered after consumption
Are you more than this?
Have you retained integrity?
Are you capable of
Further transcending?
I would push the levels
By mere presence
You would need to guide
Pumping the brakes
To keep us out of madness
As the world tries to change us
We’d be stronger as one
They’d never tame us
But we could help them grow
And learn to love us
As reflections of
True embodiment
