I’d try, but I can’t hide the flaws in my circumstances when in my home.
But neither would you be denied the benefits of being with me if we worked together productively.
And, of course, I imagine that you have your own issues and challenges that we’d need to work through.
I just want to be able to greet you with open arms and say, “Welcome to the family!”
And we’d need to get everything financially and otherwise stable, as well as figure out how to make it all short-term and then sustainably functional.”
