“One of the requirements has often been that an entry cannot have been published before in any way.

I understand that this is so that they could hope to gain some proprietary advantage over it if they selected it as a winner, but what I do is mine for me.

So if I feel that I need to let something “fly,” I’m sure as heck not going to keep it stagnant!”
