She overheard a cartoon baby bird fluttering nearby, trying to fly – but then it landed back down onto the ground, insecure of its worth.
She went over to it like Snow White in gentle, encouraging consolation – but without the same voice, just tone – and sang to it reassuringly:
“I know love. Yes I know love. And you deserve love. Yeah you deserve love.”
And the baby bird looked up at the sky again, hopefully.
