And where smokers smoke has created an environmental sink where all of the smoke gathers.

And the above fumes, as well as fresh cigarrette and cigar smoke on top, get sucked into the building’s walls’ passageways and flood my unit.

The flow being constant in its varying load capacities – causing rashes, system inflammation, and difficulty breathing.”
