“Harmonizing today, I did not erase it in an anxiety-crash reflex like the first attempt.

But, luckily, SoundCloud cited a copyright issue and stopped uploading.

That’s ok, though, because I realized after this that my having succeeded could have caused me other issues.

I am not sure now how to proceed, when I am inspired by others’ music.

Would it be enough to record my voice alone, yet by my listening to the music non-captured through headphones?

I’d want to give the artist(s) credit, though, which might still prevent uploading.

Yeah…my newby-isms are showing.”

“I sobbed to my youngling afterward (who fortunately is also an artist in their own right) about immediate comparisons of myself to others who are not even like me.

Artistic leaping with crash-and-burning.”

Plus, because I’m recording, there is the option of someone eventually hearing.

As my life is full of disruption, I better start capturing at least raw elements of my vocal range capabilities.

Whenever I have sought to further develop them by lessons, instructors have not taken me serioisly, nor cared enough to truly “see” me.
