“You’re over there – and then, there.
Behind things…
Repositioning.”
“You’re over there – and then, there.
Behind things…
Repositioning.”
“There’s so much time and space, but I can’t hear what I am seeking.”
“I go quiet when things become too hard to bear…
I get tired of getting pushed into losing composure.”
“That there is no ‘right timing.’
But there are plenty of ‘reasons’ to not ‘step up.’
And plenty of obstacles that reinforce our feeling ‘stuck in a rut.””
“I’m sick,” he told her flatly.
“Ok,” she responded, accepting. “Can I come in?”
“And for some reason, the fumes aren’t as bad…”
“Fumes in?
Fumes out.”
“Where did the candy cane originally come from?”
“The North Pole – come on!”
(Like everyone should know – and they laughed)
“I’ve got the itchies and the twitchies from some kind of allergin.”
“I have things to DO!
And I must DO them!”
(Every body out of the way!)
“He foolishly exited!”
(Scrambles to quickly close the door to keep him from hiding under the bed)
“I’m doomed.”
“I left my bed-room door o-pen!”
(As the cat leaps gaily off into it with a spicey, joyful meow – having just now recognized my folly)
“Finish the project…
And become ‘functional.'”
“Second day leftover fast food hamburger lettuce.”
(Straight into the trash before reheating and consuming other remnants)
“Until we can’t.
But even then…
Keep trying.”
“I’m tired…
I can’t do this anymore.
Another battle…
Another mountain to climb alone.
More blocks to eating, resting, dreaming, believing…
I can’t exercise or function well here.
Yet I am supposed to dig myself out of another caved in tunnel…
While suffocating and full of fear.”
“You’re hysterical!”
“Where’s the Go* *amn cheese?!”
