Whatever you need to do
I will not hold you back
I just wish that
I could hold you
Keep emerging,
Don’t hold back
Whatever you need to do
I will not hold you back
I just wish that
I could hold you
Keep emerging,
Don’t hold back
Is disengaging the same
As freezing dissociation?
My mind does not want to
Be going in this direction
Let me hold you as
We lose ourselves
Where lovers meet
When two say I will
Shut doors open up
Restored to sacred
Reign of love floods
“Dance with me, like lovers do.”
“Tomorrow, I meet with the surgeon’s office.”
There is no perfect timing
Just moments for a chance

Emotional wavelengths
Undulate erratically
Ebbing and flowing
Depths overwhelming
Reclamation losses
Signaling potentials
Adrift without an anchor
Rediscovering home

“We do have a hard time getting from…”
The incense stick got snagged from the car vent and made a sound as it got flicked into “puenking” right off!
“Semi-peed on the potty pad.
Sheesh.”
“The new dogs tore up some of my roses, which need watering and tending.”
She didn’t like her heart being exposed for the world to see.
“In my car…
At least it’s not in the road!”
(Ah-Haaaa!)
“I will let out a mighty scream of pain when my right hip joint at last repositions itself correctly.
But though it keeps indicating through a crazy spasming pain, this will likely not happen yet, today.”
“It’s a consistency now after mopping floors that the next day or so my muscle attachments spasm and twist, attempting to dislodge shoulder and hip joints from their hitches.”
“Those were my words/my life…”
“To get out the door – OMGawd!”
“I can’t afford Kleenex.”
“It’s better to cry over love, than over injuries.”
Though they’d deeply hurt her, she couldn’t really hate them – for ultimately, they just did what men often do.
How she wished it were real
And that he’d come to her
Unable to bear the grief of his leaving, she fled to get engrossed into her studies.
Of all triumphs
In all of the lands
A man’s soul reclaimed
When he took his stand
Such wonder, such beauty the
Mundane cannot comprehend
But I who have lived lifetimes
Live for this name’s command
Sobbing insecurity
Had been wrecking
Sometimes a person
Wants another person
So much that muscles
Clench coiled up tightly
And survival’s recovery
Requires disconnecting
Otherwise madness grips
From intensity of desiring
It’s complicated
When unknown
She preferred to
Retreat to safety
When unsure if
She was desired
